MicroBanking Operation MicroBanking will provide finance to people with no means. For example funds will be available to (a) a small gold mining Querpo to purchase more efficient mining and milling equipment, (b) farmers to purchase of a goat herd, cow herd, working animals, tools, simple agricultural implement, seeds, animal embryo, frozen semen and likes. Unlike a normal banking transaction, this loans are not secured. This will be funded from profits of the projects as grants. No repayment is expected, but, if payment is received, it will mean that the MicroBanking operation can offer this service to more people-projects. MicroJoint Ventures MicroJoint Ventures can be projects with Local Community, Tribal Community or a group of interest group who has business, social and commercial ideas -- but are lucking of management and funds. Participation can be in the form of contributing management expertise and technology and funding (similar to MicroBanking).
Scholarships will be offered to students whose education will benefit the local community. They can be children of tribal chieftains in the Cordillera, Sierra Madre, Mindanao tribal communities. Scholarship includes tertiary and post graduate education in International Universities. The local educational system may be involved in the selection of scholars. Unlike normal scholarships, there are no educational benchmarks required. Remote Rural Hospitals Remote rural hospitals can be integrated to the Hospital care facilities in the transmigration sites. This will offer free medical service to remote sites. School Adoption for Orphans Orphans includes children which cannot be cared by their parents because of poverty or as a result of victims of calamity. A facility will be in place to care for children in this situation. It is a kind of orphanage with focus on education. The children are actually students in residence where food, accommodation, health care is free. They will most likely be educated on skills required by the Transmigration project and will be ultimately employed in the main industries. Spiritual and Ethnic affairs contributions Most all sites are within tribal community domain. Part of the moral obligation of the transmigration community is environmental preservation. This includes preservation of ethnic customs and religion and the free exercise of religion. Non-partisan, unbiased contributions will be allocated for this purpose.
