Palanan is located in the Eastern Coast of Northern Luzon. It is a small coastal town 40 kilometers east of Isabela. With the coal and electricity available the Isabela deposit, a range of Industries becomes available. The potentials of Palanan can be opened with a 40 kilometer access road that connects Cauayan Isabela to Palanan. Utlimately, Palanan has the potential of becoming a city.
