Palanan Cement plant is coal fired using Isabela Coal PLUS limestone deposits in the area. The cement product will be transported to Metro Manila via rail or via ship. Production has to be in large volume to have economy of scale and be competitive to be exported to Taiwan and sold to Metro Manila.
