likely the location for the boat building operation. The boats are a) aluminum hulled
passenger catamaran for MetroBus, b) Cement River Boats for the Cagayan River, c) other
recreational boats d) boat and ship repair. The catamaran manufacture will be in joint
venture. The plant set for the cement river boat will be purchased from a company in Asia.
