Casiguran Sound located 30 kilometers south of Palanan is going to be the
site of a large scale aquaculture project. It becomes a viable resource with the SeaPen
Technology. A SeaPen consist of net cage the size of a football field which is afloat. The
netting material is made of plastic and floater rim is made of PVC. The cage is seeded
with fish fingerlings that will be harvested in due time. |

The SeaPen technology is well established for Salmon, Tuna and eel
aqua-culture. A manufacture of the Seapen will be a joint venture. Another joint
venture company will specializes in spawning fish from egg to fingerlings for release to
the SeaPens. |
