The WaterBus Project is divided into phases |
| 1 |
Manila Route which centers on the Pasig River high traffic
area. The main terminal is the Isthmus and Round Peak property. |

South Extension - This will ply Isthmus Southward to Cavite
and Batangas Coast. |
| 3 |
West Extension - Northward and WestWard to Bulacan, Bataan,
to Subic. A direct route to Subic is also in this plan. |
| 4 |
Laguna Bay extension will hinge of the construction of the
Guido Terminal and plying along the Laguna Bay. |
