This property is a total of 4.7 + 21.00 = 25.7 hectares in Pulang Lupa
Paranaque Metro Manila. This is traversed by the Manila-Cavite highway and along
the Manila Bay Coast.
Access to the Pulang-Lupa property is via the Manila Bay through two
parallel river system 50 meter apart under the Super Highway and into the
property. On the back-side the property can be opened to the road
networks.
Immediate plan is to set-up a Small Golf Course and Driving Range using the
Bonsai Golf innovations. The interim plan is to use the land for low density project
marina oasis type development with boat access to Manila Bay via the twin
river system cutting through the property. A Bonsai Golf, Hotel, Restaurant complex is an
option. This will be the HQ Office of Manila Operations.
It can also be leased on a short term to an Australian Catamaran Manufacturer.
A joint venture on catamaran manufacture in the Philippine is possible. JV
partner is typically a catamaran manufacturer start-up group in Perth. The
larger manufacturers may already be out of reach for the Manila Project.
The ultimate plan is to develop this to a Catamaran Terminal, a marina with shopping
and business district. The spill over to the 120 hectares Manila Bay reclamation
project.
