Manila Bay Reclamation Project is a 120 hectare reclamation. The main partner
is Zingapan Dredging Company. The sharing arrangement with the Philippine Port
Authority is 70%:30% in favor of the reclamation company. As incentive, however,
the 30% government share can partly charged to the open space requirement in the
zoning. A Peso 500 million is required for this project. This is AUD20 million.
This can be raised with the Integrated development plan. The asset based to raise capital for the whole project is Pulang Lupa 25.7
