The Guido Estate is a 900 hectare land recently awarded to heirs of Guido by the Supreme Court Ruling. This is located in Antipolo Rizal along the Laguna Bay Coast. Laguna Bay drains to Manila Bay via the Pasig River. The WaterBus Stage 1 will ply the Laguna Bay, Pasig River, Manila Bay Route. The Manila Bay main terminal is the Pulang Lupa properties.

The end terminal on the Laguna Bay is the Guido Estate. The Guido Estate will be a full transmigration site with main industry being University Technological Park. 

This will provide the need of current universities in the Philippines for expansion area because Manila Campuses are not congested. Other international universities are also considered. Those that have leaning to physical deliveries like agriculture, mining, aquaculture food production and natural resources technologies and manufacturing.
