Lazy Ball

The project is an innovation in the golf industry made possible with the invention of a "Lazy Golf Ball". A real golf ball is use and real golf clubs are used. The feel of the golf shot, the angle of the shot and the direction of the shot is also real. The only difference is --> that the ball instead of going say 200 meters only travels 20. The reduction ratio can also be adjusted down to as low as 200:4 meters. The implication is that now you can build smaller golf courses. This sawn off golf course referred to in Alamco as the Garden Golf Course, Lawn Golf Course, Park Golf Course and other names.

Requires Only 10% of Land

A regulation 18 hole golf course requires 86 hectares; the Lawn & Park Golf Systems requires only 8.6 hectares. 

• Less land cost, less construction cost, less maintenance cost, less strain on water resource, and less impact on environment. 
• Because the area is compact, it can be temperature controlled. In winter regions and in desert areas it can be enclosed, air conditioned and lighted for 24 hours operation. 
• Because it takes less hours to play a round, turnover is quicker, you an fit in more flights and our studied shows that it will be more profitable than a regulation golf course

Wider market appeal

While there is no substitute to a regulation golf course, the Lawn & Park Golf system will cater to all active golfers PLUS inactive golfers like people who cannot withstand the walking,  aging golfers, handicapped, and those who wants a quicker round because of family and business pressures. 

Where can you build?

The reduced size opens wide possibilities where the Lawn & Park Gold Course can be constructed. Now you only need 8.6 hectares vacant area to build a golf course.

• It can be beside a regulation golf course an integrated part of the course. An 18 hole regulation gold course can build another 18 hole Lawn & Park Golf Course to absorb overflow and cater to the new comers. 
• It can also be built as a recreational facility at corporate premises, resorts, housing development, mining companies and others
• If your backyard is large enough, you can build your private golf course.
• Shires and local government public parks.

Portable Driving Range

The "Lazy Golf Ball" can also be use just for driving. All you need is a 20 meter long runway. This can be a rooftop of a building, a deck of a ship or an oil rig platform or simply at your backyard or a council park.

What is the Project?

This will be franchised. The services to franchisee are (1) exclusive supply of the "Lazy Golf Ball". This will be manufactured by a subsidiary company or contracted out. (2) Assistance in the planning and design of the Lawn & Park Golf Course. The plans may include the Coconut Bonsai, Japanese Garden as the garden theme or it can be any garden design them suitable to the place and the clients.

What is the International market implication?

The international market implication of the Lawn & Park Golf system will be very viable because 

• it will ride on to the golf media hype. Golf is already advertised all you need it to present an addition to golf stressing the benefits. 
• it will cater to a market which is not services by a regulation golf course. 
• it can be sold to councils as golf course for special people like aged, blind, paraplegic and others. 
• marketing can be enhanced if sold with the Coconut Bonsai garden. 
• based on our research, there are 60 million registered golfers worldwide with USA\Canada contributing about half.

Who can Invest?

The next implication is a) the land requirement to construct a golf course is reduced from 86 hectares for a regulation gold course to 8 hectares or less. b) the next implication is economics in buying the land, developing the golf course, and in maintenance. c) the next implication is this golf course is more like a garden rather than a golf course. In concept it is a bonsai golf course.
