Real Estate Land Resource

The capital city of the Philippines is Baguio. This is located in the Cordillera mountain ranges, 250 kilometers north of Metro Manila. Manila to Baguio flight is 2 hours. With unplanned urbanization, the city has long since lost its luster. A 3,000 hectare   of land located within 30 kilometers vicinity of Baguio city is available to the Transmigration Project.

This land provides an opportunity to develop new retirement communities capturing the remeniscence of what is use to be. The site is a pine tree forest. The native fauna the red deer can be imported from commercial deer farms in Australia.

Filipino Residing Abroad Village

The new area can be developed specially for Filipinos Residing Abroad. This villages can be integrated to the Transmigration Eco-Tourism Retirement Project. The Baguio retirement village allows actual purchase of residential houses (not timeshare). Amenities of the retirement village must be at par to US, Australian, and European life style.

The village can also set aside an area for Japanese type villages project. This will be a joint venture with a Japanese company. The idea is to construct a village to accommodate Japanese retirees. The Village will simulate a Japanese Village in terms of weather, altitude, terrain and design of houses.

Hospital Care Facilities Integrated to the retirement villages is a hospital care facility and service facility. This will service the retirement villages also hospital care for the Transmigration communities.
