In summary investors are organized into a Joint Venture. To
provide first floor opportunity for investors, the Joint Venture purchase
and own the land, and with the help of Alamco and Associates construct the
Luxury Apartment Units. Units reserved for the Joint Venture partners are
called "Vested" units. Units not vested are sold by Alamco
Associates, in behalf of the Joint Venture.
Because if is a ground floor investment based on previous projects, the
return is app. 35% which is much higher than the bank interest rate of about
6-7%.
