The creek runs along the Agusan Bonanza Vein System (ABV). There are boulders in the creeks that are floats and has gold value.

The Agusan Bonanza Property is drained by an all season creek. The implication is that there is enough water supply for a satelite community. On the otherhand, this is an environmental issue specially for a mining operation. Typical water stream in Catangan and Tula-tulaan Creek. The slope is steep about 35% creating a string of small water falls until it drains to the Cabadbaran River. At the height of the small gold mining activity, there were 2,000 individual miners in the Suwa Vein Area using water from these creeks for hydraulicking.
