Grid. Power is available.

The Mindanao grid of the National Power
Corporation (NAPOCOR) is located 6 kilometers to the property. The cost of electricity
from the local cooperative is Peso 4-5 depending on the peak load time. NAPOCOR can sell
direct to bulk electricity user at Peso 2-2.5 per kwh. An alternative source of power is
by generating private power utilising the small series of hydroelectric gensets along the
Catangan and Tula-tulaan Creek. There is a height difference from 1,500 to 100 over
7-kilometer distance. Estimated cost of hydroelectric is 2-3 USCents per Kilowatt. |
