Day 1 arrive at Butuan Airport airport. Local transport to Cabadbaran 29 km from Butuan. Booking at Cabadbaran hotel. Meet your fieldwork crew. Get briefing from TGA Geologist. Ask all questions you may have. Prepare for provisions, transport and others. Day 2,3,4 - Fieldwork days. The property is 12 km from Cabadbaran, 6km by dirt road and 6 km hike. Accomodation at ABV property is NIL. Stay at make shift camps - 2 nights. You will be accompanied by TGA Geologist (Levy or Basil Toquero) , mine engineer (Gerome Baroquillo) and assisted by 5 geologic aids and locals. Day 5 - Back to Agusan. Technical briefing with TGA geologists and mining engineers. Say honestly what you think, ask all questions and concerns you may have. This can be visit to adjacent properties. Cost and availability of power, community facilities, peace and order sitation etc. Evaluate the soveriegn risk, local politics, tribal politics. Ask TGA to meet the governnor, talk to the major, talk to the tribal community. Prepare to be thorough and extend your stay in Butuan. Do not rush back. You are here already and the site and local environment is important in any mining operation in the Philippines. TGA's role is to assist you get information you need. Day 6,7 - Back to Manila - Meet with TGA Legal Team in Manila. Get advise on corporate registrations, fees, mining regulations. Meet the director of the Bureau of Mines, meet Board of Investment. Ask questions. Again, dont rush back home. You are here already. Day 8 - To Manila Airport. You may need to make further contact with TGA, the Government, the Mayor, Bureau of Mines, Board of Investment. Reference the contacts in your due diligence report.
